Returns & Shipping
Orders are shipped every Friday, excluding holidays, via USPS flat rate. Please allow 1-2 weeks for continental shipping in the U.S. Zimmer-Design is not responsible for products lost or damaged after shipping.
Unfortunately we do not offer international shipping through our website at this time, but feel free to contact us at email@example.com to let us now which product(s) you would like. We will estimate international shipping rates on a per order basis and share with you for approval before completing the transaction.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase in any way, we will gladly accept returns.* Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to request a return within 7 days of order delivery. We will not be able to accept returns after the 7 days have passed. The returned merchandise must be free from wear, stains, odor or any condition that would prevent them from being sold as new. We reserve the right to deny any return. Returned items must have the original tags attached and must be accompanied with a copy of the order of confirmation. Refunds are credited to the original form of payment minus the cost of original shipping fees. Zimmer-Design is not responsible for return shipping fees.
We are unable to make exchanges. We ask that you return the original item for a refund and purchase the new item through the website as a separate transaction. Zimmer-Design is not responsible for return shipping fees.
